The customer service was amazing. A lovely tea lady brought us complimentary Japanese tea and sweets shortly after we arrived. The concierge even walked us outside to direct us to a local restaurant (very helpful!).

i was pleased the breakfast package included many different options, the japanese buffet was very delicious. the staff seemed helpful and very friendly. the location proved quite convenient for exploring.
the walk to facilities like the swimming pool felt rather long, as it was in an adjacent building.

the hotel provides a gym with three treadmills plus two stationary bikes. the pool area features approximately twenty loungers as well as a shaded area, providing options for relaxation and exercise, we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

the hotel includes three restaurants that specialize in distinct cuisines. a viking buffet is located on one of the top floors, this buffet offered many dishes. taxis are permanently stationed outside, ensuring transportation is always accessible.

the staff showed attentiveness in the hallways, which i noticed were very long. the hotel features several luxurious boutiques; the staff seemed vigilant in keeping these areas tidy. i felt safe and secure.
